3. General Shipping Information

3.1 Before we Process and Post:

• Before we process and ship your order, a payment needs to be received and confirmed in our systems. Only after that your order will be posted.

3.2 Payment methods:

• You can choose to pay via a bank transfer or by sending Bitcoin to our wallet. In general, bank payments are usually a bit slower compared to Bitcoin (BTC) transactions;
• PS. For bank transfers: always write down your order number in the transaction’s description/reference.

3.3 Postal Tracker:

• After your order has been processed, you will receive the postal tracker via your email;

3.4 Reshipping:

• Reshipping is only possible if you picked a tracked + insured shipping method.

3.5 Specials/Custom Requests:

3.6 Packaging and Labeling:

• We use discreet packaging with no mention of Chemical Planet or research chemicals on the outside of the parcel. Each chemical is packed in its bag and then put together in a unique mylar foil bag to protect it on its journey to you.
• Each bag has a label with the chemical name, IUPAC, Molar Mass, Molecular Formula, Batch number, amount, and disclaimers.
